I’m a northern girl from Ohio that moved to Pawleys Island in August 2022. The first time I came to Georgetown was on a friend’s boat. We docked and walked to one of the local restaurants for some good ole southern cooking. Then we went exploring the variety of shops on Front Street. I loved the small-town feel and the passion that the shop owners felt when talking to them about their business and their home. We recently bought a boat, and we more often than not end up boating to Georgetown to experience that friendly atmosphere again and again.
