A friend was looking for an apartment in Successionville on James Island. We did a walkthrough but felt very bad vibes in the house as if something bad had happened there. Years later another friend actually moved into the same house and said there was a Civil War Colonel living here (ghost). He seemed to show himself only to women. I was amazed it was the same house and felt the same bad vibe. That night when I drove home, I saw the Colonel in my rearview mirror. He saved me from a collision. *The battle of Seccessionville was a massacre.
