Human Impact

The human impacts on cattails are that humans take out cattails for crafts, they also alter water levels. They use cattails to improve water quality and accelerate their spread through nutrient pollution  

Creative Exploration

As the perspective of a cattail or corn dog grass you stay tall. Through it all, storms, rainy days, snowy days, and sunny days. Your top spike stays with you as your thin stem sways through the wind. Just like everything else you start young and end old, you’ll know it’s the end of your story when that long skinny green stem falls into the dead grass.
