Human Impact

The way humans have impacted the barred owls population is all around positive  because humans are planting more trees and they are creating brand new habitats for barred owls to live in. 

Creative Exploration

As i wake up to the sunset I get up trying not to shake the eggs. I find the edge of the nest and flap my wings trying to gain altitude. I flap my wings 1…2…3 …4 times. I lifted out of the nest starting to fly. I fly through the forest dodging every stray branch. The only spectator the moon with its never ending gaze. I yell out my call trying ti find anything to eat. I use my marbled eyes to find a river clear as crystal. I spot the fish dancing in the water. I dive down grabbing the fish barely able to hold on to the fish dancing in my talons. I take off again to find my home and i settle down scarfing down the feast i found.
