I was working as a waitress (the only one) in a small town in PA. Counters + tables were full. I was pressed to do it all. A lady (Diana Grant) ordered softly scrambled eggs. I delivered. When I went to check her out, she said, “I want to hire you—I am impressed that you go my order right. She hired me at her fabric shop and I worked 4 years for Diana and put myself thru college 🙂 because of her.
