Winter memories: brisk mornings, the hush of snowfall (if we’re lucky), and the warmth of gathering together indoors. In this workshop, we’ll slow down at the beginning of 2026 and reflect on the memories that winter stirs up. Ranging from cozy traditions and holiday comforts to the challenges that arise in the colder months.
Through guided prompts and shared storytelling, participants will explore how winter shapes our sense of place, community, and self. Whether your stories lean toward the frosty or the familiar, this workshop offers a space to preserve the moments that warm the body and soul.
