I addressed my postcard to my students. News from Charleston. Charleston is more conservative than we expected, and the weather does not make up for it. I’m confused and worried about our country and the people in our government who dismissed courtesy and kindness for their own benefits. At this point, I am glad we have no grandchildren to deal with. What is ahead for humans if we cannot care for one another?
