The community should be represented by people of every culture or belief. It should be represented by the people of business, the working class, youth and the elders.  

Impact and ideas should be equally heard, using the “thinking outside the box” idea frame.  

Not necessarily is the most popular idea needed to be pursued but the most helpful and one that will last and not pass as a fad.
