Dear Carl, 

I want to thank you for your selfless service on behalf of the members of our community of scholars. Your example of compassionate, faithful, and timeless servant leadership has forever changed my life in addition to all of those retired faculty in the Eumenides College. I hope to continue to work to improve the well-being of others as you have throughout your life, especially during your retirement years. Rather than resting and playing, in your fabulously good health, you spent your hours making sure that those around you, helping others have their needs met and understand they are loved.
