I imagine it’s 30-something years from now, and records are more valuable and expensive than they’ve ever been, as they probably will. And maybe my Chicago record would have gotten scratched somewhere along the way, or it’ll be in a box somewhere with my record player.
But the fifth song of Chicago Transit Authority, “Listen”, will still be playing and dancing around in my head, because Chicago is still doing what they did in the 20th century.
