My father, Leonard Bell, Sr., loved the farm that we lived on in Ridge Spring. He believed in working together as a family, growing lots of vegetables and many other crops on the farm. During my younger years, I wasn’t happy to work in the cotton, corn, and hay fields. So I didn’t recognize this aspect of the farm as important to me. Since moving back on the farm in 2013, I began to realize that the many values I learned in life came from my experience on the farm. Teamwork makes a difference in accomplishing your goals.
