The third workshop in Diann Williams’ Literacy series explores the sometimes frustrating mistakes we make when navigating technology. From sending an email you instantly regretted to losing important documents on your computer, these moments reveal just how deeply digital tools affect our lives, and how much we rely on them.
Through guided writing prompts, participants will reflect on their own experiences of technological mishaps and the feelings that accompany them, whether embarrassment, frustration, or even unexpected growth. Williams encourages participants to consider how these moments shape our understanding of communication, responsibility, and resilience. As always, this workshop is open to writers of all levels, offering a supportive space to turn everyday frustrations into meaningful stories.
