Beyond this neighborhood, past this open field, gesticulating trees, and free space,
lies the skyline of the city. The outline of its sun backlit buildings in the distance.

It looks a lifetime of miles away, but it’s only a 30 minute walk
It feels like a fortress beckoning you to come experience the wonders beyond its walls; the excitement of its canyons, the dizzying panoramas from the upper floors of its multi-storied buildings

For now, I’ll just enjoy this view from this neighborhood, and breathe deeply.
