One of my daily practices is taking my vitamins. My mom, who’s 92, always said once you’re over 50, you need to take Centrum Silver. I tried, but it didn’t agree with me. After getting sick and hiding it from her, I finally told her. My doctor suggested gummy vitamins instead. I loved them. I take them every day now, especially elderberry. Last year, I skipped them on a trip and came back with COVID. I’ve never missed a day since.

Daily Practices
Collection: Clicking the Pen
Prompt: What is something that you do every day that makes you feel good? This could be something you are naturally drawn to doing, or something you enforce even though you don’t necessarily love doing it. Why did you start doing it, and what impact has it had on your life? If you don’t have a daily practice, what is something you might want to start including in your day-to-day life?
