Although this is not a current ghost, we had ghosts in our 1905 Richmond VA house. People felt cold spots and things brush up against them when no one was there. My 5 yr old son saw a soldier in the middle of the night standing in front of the fireplace in his room. My husband saw ghostly figures floating down in the stairs and dancing around a magnolia tree out in the front yard luckily I never saw anything!
