My mom brought us up to show respect, and I appreciate that now more. So, I also work at the Barnes Noble Cafe, and I’ve noticed a lot of people don’t say please and thank you, and don’t do that sort of thing. And like, it’s not always rude, but some, it’s definitely rude. And people do that. So, I’m glad that I do that, too.

The other thing I associate with that sort of thing is prayer from my dad’s house. That was a big sign of respect. You pray at people’s houses.
